Policies and Agreement
#1. Class Access
I agree that credentials to access classes and participation will be reserved only for the student and not be shared.
#2. Media Usage
Legend takes pictures/videos of students during class time. I agree that the pictures/videos taken by Legend may be used in brochures, websites, or other related promotional materials.
#3. Withdrawal of Service
There is a 30-day notification when parents withdraw service. Fees will be prorated when the last day of participation does not fall on the end of the month.
#4. Termination Initiated by Legend
Legend reserves the right to terminate service when it is deemed that our service is a mismatch for the child. These signs include but are not limited to verbal aggressive behaviors and extreme emotional distress. In such situations, parents will be refunded based on 10% of the service fee and proration of the unused portion.
